About Me

I have a long history of passion for fitness and health. As a certified fitness instructor for over 13 years, I teach aerobic dance classes and conduct individual personal training. I encourage others to exercise regularly and improve their personal fitness level. Over time, however, despite being a regular exerciser myself and following what I thought were healthy eating habits, my energy level was decreasing. I felt tired most of the time.
